Edit documents scaffold_redline

Direct redline edit facade. Use this ONLY for plain-language wording changes to an existing document (find_and_replace, batch_edit) applied as tracked changes the user accepts or rejects. Templating is currently disabled, so do not insert variables or build reusable templates.
