Read paragraph and run-level formatting for a document

Returns each paragraph's style/alignment/list plus its runs (text span with bold, italic, underline, strike, font, size, color, highlight). Read-only. Use before format_text_range edits or to confirm a replacement preserved or cleared run styling.
